My journey abroad took me through University College Birmingham – College of Food, Le Cordon Bleu London, and the Canberra Institute of Technology, where I specialised in Hotel, Resort & Tourism Management and culinary arts. These experiences gifted me a global lens on excellence, which I now bring to Airport Centre Point and ACP Express Restaurant & Bar.
