My formal journey began with specialised training in Hotel & Resort Management in Australia, followed by culinary studies at University College Birmingham, Le Cordon Bleu (London), and the Canberra Institute of Technology. These experiences gave me a global lens on service excellence and the art of creating unforgettable guest moments.
Today, as I lead Airport Centre Point and ACP Express Restaurant & Bar, I bring this international perspective to every plate, every event, and every guest interaction.
